1. The site is editorial, not transactional

Fortis Shield is an independent editorial comparator. We do not manufacture, sell, install or warrant bunkers. Any contract you enter for bunker manufacturing or installation is exclusively between you and the supplier you select. Fortis Shield is not a party to that contract.

2. Information accuracy

We use reasonable effort to maintain accurate supplier data, refreshed weekly via our local Gemma 4 pipeline plus human editorial review. Specifications, prices and lead times change without notice. Always verify directly with the supplier before signing a contract. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the site.

3. Referral fees disclosure

Fortis Shield earns referral fees from suppliers in our directory only when a buyer we shortlist closes a deal. Buyers never pay us. Suppliers cannot pay for placement, verification or favourable scoring. This relationship is disclosed on every page where suppliers are mentioned.

4. Acceptable use

• You may read, share, link to and quote our editorial with attribution.
• Republishing full articles requires written permission — email editorial@fortisshield.net.
• Embedding our widgets is free as long as the "Powered by Fortis Shield" link remains visible. See embed terms.
• You may not scrape the site for purposes that compete with us, unless you obtain prior written permission.
• You may not use the match form to send abusive, fraudulent or commercial spam.

5. Submitted content

By submitting information through the match form, newsletter signup, or any other input, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. We may use anonymised, aggregated forms of submitted data for editorial research (e.g. demand-band statistics).

6. Intellectual property

All editorial content, supplier scoring methodology, and proprietary tooling on fortisshield.net are © 2026 SOFT DEV FZ LLC. Brand names, logos and product images of suppliers we cover are the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as-is". We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or that the site is error-free. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Fujairah Free Zone unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are dated at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
